What we store and why
If you preregister, we store your email, your name if you choose to share it, your selected platforms, and the date and version of your consent. We use this information to manage your interest in the game and to notify you about future tests, relevant updates, and availability on your selected platforms.
We do not request payment details, passwords, or sensitive data. Preregistration is not a purchase. We do not use the form to send third-party advertising or sell your data.
Consent and withdrawal
Submitting the form requires accepting this notice. You may withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or request access, correction, or deletion by writing to contacto@netdevelop.mx with the subject “Los Soles Rotos Privacy”. Include the email address you used; we will only request what is needed to verify that the request is yours. Future communications must include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Storage and providers
Registrations are stored in our SOL SQL Server database. Website and infrastructure services may process the data needed to host and protect the service. The list of registered people is not public. The form does not send your data to image, voice, or video generation providers.
Retention
We retain data while managing preregistration and while your consent remains valid. We will review whether it is still needed at the end of the launch stage. If you unsubscribe, we will stop using it for these communications and address its deletion, except for information that must be retained to meet an applicable obligation.
Cookies and security
We use a technical cookie to protect the form against fraudulent submissions. This website does not include advertising tools or third-party analytics cookies. Technical server logs may contain IP addresses for operations and security; these are not part of the preregistration table.
